Danielle Harck helped us sell land in Forbestown, CA. We had a fairly hard time getting someone to market this piece of property that had been long abandoned. We were “shined on” by several realtors who took a look but apparently didn’t think it was worth the work to sell it. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us they weren’t interested and they wasted our time. By the time I called Danielle Harck family members were suggesting that we donate the property just to get rid of the bother and expense. Danielle not only agreed to take it on but did so with infectious enthusiasm and energy. Within a week we had the place listed. Danielle felt that the price we were asking was a little too low and boosted it by 15% or so. I had expected, based on similar properties in the area and on talks had with appraisers, to get considerably less than asking price. I was very pleasantly surprised to get not one, but two good offers within another week. One of the offers was above asking price. Within a few days all the “paperwork” was done, almost all on the internet, and the sale was wrapped up. Happy me! During the course of our long range (200 miles?) dealings with Danielle we found her to be very quick in getting back to us on the phone or email, unflappably pleasant and always efficient. This is one of those reviews where it is very easy to check 5 stars in all the categories provided for evaluation, and to do so with the good conscience of doing right by those who read this looking for an honest appraisal when needing responsible, competent and friendly help, guidance and assistance in very important matters.
