Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Affiliates of SNVR, Re/Max of Chico, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Duration: The giveaway starts on October 9th, 2023 and ends on October 31st, 2023.

How to Enter: During the entry period, visit the Laffins Real Estate Team’s Facebook or Instagram page and follow the instructions on the giveaway post (posted October 9th). You may be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible). If entering the giveaway via Facebook or Instagram, you must be the owner of the account from which your entry is made. The giveaway is in no way sponsored by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Additional entry may be granted to those who receive and enter the giveaway through mention of The Laffins Real Estate Team’s postcard mailer.

Prize: Two tickets to the San Francisco 49ers vs. Seattle Seahawks game on December 10th, 2023. The approximate retail value is $1,500. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is” and entrants acknowledge that The Laffins Real Estate Team and its affiliates are not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the prize.

Ticket Usage and Resale Policy: The tickets won in this giveaway are not eligible for resale. Any attempt to resell the tickets will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. The winner is expected to attend the game in person. If the winner is unable to attend, they must notify the Laffins Real Estate Team immediately.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on November 1st, 2023. The winner will be announced on The Laffins Real Estate Team’s Facebook and Instagram pages. The winner will also be notified via email and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Disqualification: Any attempt to tamper with the giveaway will result in immediate disqualification.

Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless The Laffins Real Estate Team and its affiliates from any or all claims, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in the giveaway.
